To ensure the security and privacy of both patients and nurses, all patients are required to provide valid identification for account creation. Accepted forms of ID include:

Aadhaar Card

PAN Card

Passport

Voter ID

2. Nurse Verification

All nurses registering on the XPCURE platform must provide the following valid documents:

Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)

Professional Certifications and Medical Qualifications

Work Experience Documents (if applicable)

3. Consequences of False Information

Submitting false or fraudulent documents during the verification process is strictly prohibited and may lead to severe consequences, including:

Immediate Account Suspension or Termination: Users found to have submitted false documents will have their accounts permanently deactivated.

Legal Action: XPCURE reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals who submit fraudulent information, including reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

All documents and personal information provided during the verification process are protected under our Privacy Policy.
